You should receive 2 separate emails after successfully completing an order. The first when your order is confirmed, and the second when your order ships. The 2nd email should contain your order's tracking info, so you can track your order as it's being delivered. Once you have the tracking info, you can look up your order's status on our Order Tracking Page.
If you don't receive either of the 2 emails, or if the 2nd email doesn't contain your order's tracking info, or if you aren't sure, you can reach out to trackmyorder@shopformeme.com. Please be sure to include the order number in the email subject line! Or if you don't have the order number, please include the billing info from the order. This info will allow us to look up your order and get you the info you need!
